Yes, all the watches, jewelry and precious accessories on the website can be viewed at our headquarters in via G.Marconi 17 in Chieri (TO). We are happy to welcome you without an appointment from Tuesday to Saturday from 9:00 am to 12:30 pm and 3:30 pm to 7:30 pm.
Yes, we have an internal goldsmith's workshop with a craftsman who can create your every desire. To define the production methods, we invite you to contact us.
For any purchase made, it will be possible to request the gift package free of charge during checkout.
The purchased goods are delivered to the courier as soon as a reliable confirmation of the payment is received.
The delivery times are:
- For Northern Italy and Rome city: delivery within 24 hours if the payment confirmation is received on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday. For Friday and weekend, the package will leave the following Tuesday, with delivery within 24 hours.
- For Southern Italy and islands: delivery within 48 hours if the payment confirmation is received on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday. For Friday and weekend, the package will leave the following Tuesday, with delivery within 48 hours.
- For foreign countries: it depends on the specific case.
Yes, you can select "pick up in store" during the checkout process. Once the actual payment confirmation has been received, you can collect the purchased goods at our headquarters without an appointment.
